Welcome to Eat Pray Workout! I’m Amy, an Australian lawyer with a passion for healthy living. I love to cook healthy meals, keep a high level of fitness, travel and follow Jesus. I have a husband, Reis who is in the Australian Army and our baby son, Finley.I aim to inspire and encourage people to live a balanced lifestyle filled with friends, fun, nourishing food and fitness. These topics are interweaved with my honest daily encounters; with the goal of seeking blessings in every situation.
I’ve lived in Sydney for most of my life, then after I married my husband we lived in Brisbane for 4 years and now we live in Canberra, Australia. We travel to Sydney often, sometimes I feel as if we live in both Sydney cities! Due to this, I share cafes, events and fresh produce markets from both beautiful cities.
We’ve also been to Melbourne too for the amazing food and coffee culture, Northern Territory for the dry deserts and all around the Sunshine Coast Hinterland and the Gold Coast Hinterland. I look forward to travelling more soon both domestically and internationally.
