If you follow Eat Pray Workout on instagram, you’ll know that I’m on my way to the Great Barrier Reef! This picture was taken on our flight into Cairns.
We’re currently in Cairns for a few days before heading to one of the islands. Yesterday we travelled north to the Daintree Rainforrest where the rainforrest mets the beach. It’s quite beautiful but a bit of a shame the water wasn’t that amazing blue due to the silty mud. We later went crocodile spotting down a river – can’t wait to share some pictures with you!
Tips to stay healthy on holidays
I love holidays but they can be a time where I’m left feeling tired and gross afterwards because I didn’t look after my health while I was away. So before I left this time, I wrote a bit of an action plan – which I turned into a guest post for the lovely Sarah from the blog Love Swah.
