While you may want to change particular things about your body and your overall level of health, evidence shows that intense dislike of your body will not lead to positive change. It’s important to learn to accept your body as it is at any given time and appreciate the abilities you have. This can be hard to master (trust me, it’s like climbing a mountain that is forever going upwards for me), but with a more positive, grateful approach, you are better positioned to work towards better health and changes to your physique.
