4. Trust Intuition
Many healthy people acknowledge their instincts as incredibly powerful forces. By tuning into and trusting instincts, you will have a better appreciation of what your body needs and craves. For example, many of us ignore the signs that our bodies provide about rest and slowing down. The key is to STOP and listen. To learn to stop and listen is called mindfulness. I’ve found this app to be best at helping me grow in mindfulness by clearing the clutter from my mind.
