Walnut, Avocado and Sun-dried Tomato Salad with OMG Dressing + GIVEAWAY

Fresh salad - perfect to accompany a BBQ or even for a lunch box with shredded chicken the next day
  • 1 bag of mixed lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup roughly chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • 4 small radishes
  • 2 tbs YIAH's OMG salad dressing (see bottle picture below)
  1. Toss all ingredients together in a large bowl
