Spiced Cauliflower Mash with Avocado

  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 cauliflower head, cut into florets
  • 2 tbs dukkah
  • ¼ lemon, juiced
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • handful of dill, chopped finely + a few sprigs to serve
  • handful of chives, chopped finely
  1. Steam the cauliflower until cooked through, set aside for 3 minutes to cool slightly.
  2. In the food processor, whizz all ingredients together except the avocado and dukkah.
  3. Taste and see if you need to add more salt, pepper or lemon to suit your taste.
  4. Top with avocado, dukkah and dill sprigs to serve.
