Recipe: Nutty Choc Protein Balls

Ingredients
½ cup cashews
½ cup almonds
½ cup oats
½ cup desiccated coconut
¼ cup cacao
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup Mayvers Organic Peanut and Coconut spread
20 medjool dates, pitted
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 tbsp rice malt syrup
1 tsp vanilla essence
½ cup extra desiccated coconut
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
Roll mixture into evenly sized balls, around 2 tbsp in size.
Place extra desiccated coconut in a bowl and roll each ball in coconut until well coated.
Place balls in the freezer for 1-2 hours to set, or store in freezer until required.
