Quick and Easy Breakfast Bircher - prepared in 5 minutes, sets in 20 minutes tastes amazing!
Ingredients
  • ½ cup Chobani Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp LSA
  • 1 tbsp quick oats
  • ½ green apple, grated
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together and leave to soak overnight (or about 20 mins if you are pressed for time).
  2. Top with fresh berries, flaked almonds and a drizzle of honey (optional).
