Miso + almond dressing

Makes about 250ml (1 cup)
  • 140 g (1/2 cup) almond butter
  • 80 ml (1/3 cup) warm water
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon miso paste
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon raw honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  1. Blend or stir all the ingredients together and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. I use clean recycled glass jars so I can shake them easily.
