It was Christmas two years ago that I decided I needed a hobby. All I was doing was work, study, gym and Church. It was getting repetitive. It also meant, when we went home for Christmas I had little to do whilst Reis’ played Computer games with his brothers. I had no web design skills so tutorials became my best friends as I set myself up a website. …What am I talking about? They still are! I am continually developing EPW for your enjoyment. Whilst web development drives me up the wall – it’s completely worth it because I love serving you by creatively sharing my lifestyle and learning to help you increase your holistic wellbeing.
To celebrate, EPW has an announcement. My gorgeous husband Reis will be joining us as a contributory writer! He’s been a committed blogging husband for sometime now and we think it’s time that he put to use those skills. You may recall from this recipe my comment about his impressive recent cooking escapades. He is excellent at combining complementary flavours particularly in regards to meat – somewhere I have not yet explored deeply on EPW. Occasionally (and hopefully more later!) Reis will write a column called Man-chef Monday providing healthy, flavoursome, non-vegetarian meals, suitable for both men and health conscious women. We’ve found many EPW ladies say you struggle to cook something thats satisfies yourselves and your husbands. This segment is designed to give you (or even better your husband 😉 ) recipes that nourish, sustain and delight both of you.
