I’ve been flat out up to Brisy and back, with a few events in Sydney and lots of dead lines. 5 weeks until my hubby is back from deployment in the middle east (he’s been gone 5.5 months now). In the lead up to his return I am doing 6 weeks of self care where I just focus on making sure I am looking after myself because emotionally, this is a tough time. The last part always takes the longest to pass and everything just seems more difficult. I’m a huge believer that if you can’t change the situation, you change the way you approach it.
