Monday, you always seem to make Sunday go so quick and your mornings are rife with drowsiness and extra comfy beds. I can’t say I’m your biggest fan, Monday, but I’ve made this breakfast to give you a little more attraction. Tropical Paw Paw plates filled with yogurt, fruits and seeds. To honest this was made on a whim and a prayer that it would tasted okay – I’ve never had paw-paw before! It tasted like less sweet rockmelon that has a creamy texture that melts in your mouth. It doesn’t taste as it smells, thankfully it tastes much better and did brighten this cool Monday morning.
The Pinenut and Seed Mix (pepitas, sunflower seeds and pinenuts) is made by the company ‘Lucky’ and can be found in the nut aisle of the supermarket. Good for saving time, but you can also mix your own to enlighten your taste buds!
Time: 3 minutes (yes, honestly!) Method: 1. Scoop out inedible seeds from paw-paw and fill with greek yogurt (remember this will rise when you add your fruit so don’t fill it too much – yours truly learnt the hard way!) 2. Chop the banana and kiwi fruit and place on top of yogurt, sprinkling with passionfruit pulp and the nut & seed mix. 3. Serve with extra greek yogurt and passionfruit. 4. Enter the competition below and you could also win a fruit box to bring this happy and healthy start to your day!
