Last Wednesday, Part 1 of Learning to Say No was released. It looked at some of the reasons of why we might struggle to say no, even when we know that we don’t have time for any additional commitments. We started looking at a few steps on how to learn to say no and this week we’ll continue to work on those skills.
Before you read this post, it is important to read (or even re-read to refresh your memory) last week’s Part 1 post because this post flows on from that one and implementation will be far more effective if you recall and understand what was talked about previously.
Now you’ve read Part 1 for the first or second time, we’ll jump straight into Part 2!
