For most of us, this will be a life long habit to break, however it is one of the most important skills you can learn to prevent you from becoming overwhelmed and counterproductive in meeting your goals. It avoids hours of stress over anticipated commitments (that you know you don’t have time for). It will allow you time to LIVE your life with enjoyment and improving stress always results in better health!
